After the first time the quality is not consistent. The second time purchase of this product was a disappointment. The chapatis are not soft. The color is different. Tastes same like Aashirvaad aata. Becomes hard like the rest of the brands. Earlier it was not so.

I came to know about emmer wheat through a friend who is a diabetic. Since I don’t like taking medication I decided to try it. I like the sweet taste. I also like the fact that this wheat is grown with so much love and care using organic manure. Coming from generations of farmers, that fact pleases me.Today is the fourth day and only after a month will I come to know how effective it is in controlling a sugar spike. Here’s hoping it’s very effective ??

Initially the product was good, but the quality seems to have gone down. Either the wheat quality or could be mixing, I cannot say, but it is not the same as before. Both brothers must take stock.

Since last 2 times i find some stringy looking substances in the Two Brothers Organic Farms - Khapli Wheat Flour (5kg) . I think it is due to these packs of wheat are from old stock and infested by fungus.

This product is a staple in my parents' house to manage their health (diabetes and BP), they appreciate the taste, fine grind quality and texture of the flour, it also is a good substitute for regular store-bought atta/ wheat flour. Our resident master chef ( mom) has incorporated it in many dishes she grew up with as a child enjoying ( Ada, Puttu, appams etc), I made the mistake once of buying a different brand of Khalpli atta but was quickly informed that 'Two Brother's' brand is the way to go!
