I have been hearing a lot about khapli or Emmer wheat these days. I tried a few other brands but wasn't able to make soft rotis. This Two Brothers atta I purchased makes really soft rotis.. apply some ghee on top to keep it soft and moist for long hours. I send this in my children's tiffin too and they are really liking the taste of the rotis.

The quality of product is very good. The chapatis turned out to be soft and tasted different than the regular aata ones. The price is the only down side. Better to buy from their official website. Still bit pricey.
