I have bought this rice many times and find it has good taste and we make fried rice, pulao with ease . Boiling takes a bit longer than white basmati rice but it’s worth it as fibre is intact unlike white polished rice which we only use for guests . Is long grain but NOT VERY LONG ! Pic attached of pulao made with this rice ??
