Disappointing taste. The small tester packet that I got earlier wqs way too good. But the latge packing atta taste is jot same at the small tester. Its feels to synthetic and does not taste good. I just made it once and now its sitting in kitchen cupboard.

If you're like me from a vegetarian gujarati household, the rotis made out of this flour is really similar to bajra+jowar roti.A good healthy keto subji with lasoon chutney and my meal is as flavourful as ever along with being healthy. Will definitely order a bigger pack soon and maybe an even lower carb one.
