Disadvantages
this flour contained gluten upto some extent although they claim it to be gluten free and also there was dirt particles in it which irritated my teeth while eating...highly disappointing.... i am on gluten free diet for past 2 years.. they are playing with somebody's health by making false claims
Comment
not 100% gluten free
Silkrute Customer
Disadvantages
It's yucca starch/flour. Not the coarse gum used to make actual tapioca. It can be used for other recipes like crêpes and such, as long as that is your purpose is. Otherwise, I'd look for actual tapioca flour.
Comment
Not tapioca flour!
Silkrute Customer
Disadvantages
This is kind of misleading, Tapioca Atta cannot be used by it self, it looks like some white liquid, like some batter, it needs to be mixed with other flours. I wish the word Atta isn't mentioned, or somewhere it's mentioned clearly another flour needs to be mixed . It's disappointing.
Comment
Tapioca Atta is not flour

Disadvantages
This is my very first Silkrute review, and if the product had worked just a bit, I wouldn't be publishing it. This is far from starchy, as I had assumed tapioca flour to be. I'm upset that I purchased this product because it doesn't bind effectively and feels like magic sand.
Comment
Not sure if I got a bad batch, but TAPIOCA FLOUR? Are you sure about that?
