I ordered this from Silkrute and received it in good packing. The size of the lentils is so good that when we cooked all the lentils are well cooked. The colour of the dal is too good and tempting.The flavour of it is superb. I made puram poli using this dal. The dish turned out excellent and much better than any other brands I used. I will purchase only this from next time. I am very much satisfied with it .

Excellent pulses at a very reasonable price....Good size package to keep in the larder for many dishes.... chana dal is a rich yellow-orange in colour. It retains its shape when cooked, resulting in a dal with a distinctive texture.

Ashirwad Chana dal is good in taste, it is natural and esay to cook, it get cooked in just 3 whistle. Taste is too authentic and even too good in making puranpoli and stuffed Paratha. It has no added color and smell is too good and original. Size is medium and very clean no worries for cleaning it just soak in water for 15-20 mins and cook it??????????
