Far from actual miso taste if you’ve ever tasted Japanese miso. But that’s expected as Indian made miso can’t compete with Japanese imported ones but this is actually more expensive too. Japan imported one sells for 500 rupees for one kg packing where is this is 300 rupees for 300 grams. Makes no sense to buy this.

I am satisfied it does add flavour to my dishes! Only min point is thats the plastic bottle! I am against plastic! Urban Platter should try to use glass bottles which even better to keep the flavour!!

I haven't tasted the original miso so I can't really say it tastes authentic, however this greatly enhances the taste of food. I use it in pastas and oats. I would definitely order again once I exhaust my current box.
