This is the 2nd jar we are using and our household including my 11yr old loves it. All you need to do it stir fry it for a few minutes, add the vegetables followed by coconut milk and you are set! If available I add lemongrass, galangal and Kafir lime leaves for an extra burst of flavour. It is spicy tho so be mindful when you use it for the first time.

Good stuff but I feel Ching's was better. They have discontinued that product and so I now buy Real Thai. The taste really depends on adding the right amount of curry paste and cooking veggies till the right point. Better than most other Thai curry pastes in the market now.

A good flavorful paste. In fact I've tried this as well as the other flavors available from Real Thai and found them just right to the taste. If you need a bit more kick to your curry though, adding a bit of bottled or fresh crushed Galangal, chilli and of course some fish oil does the trick quite well. This paste is a great base for vegetarian as well as non vegetarian curries. Recommended.

This is one of the best Thai curry pastes I have used for cooking until today. Looking forward to trying the Yellow and Green paste sometime soon. highly recommend the use of coconut milk if you cook with this paste. It enhances the overall flavour of the dish.
