Natural nutral taste, it got easily mixed in milk compared to the locally bought cocoa powder, the final mix picture of both are posted you can easily compare the small tiny lumps in local cocoa powder the forest found mixed very well in the milk. The pack was sealed and recieved resently packed product.

Seeing some of the good reviews i thought of trying this cocoa powder against my better judgement. I made a chocolate cake with this powder. After taking a bite, not only did the cake not have any good chocolate taste but it also had sandy grain like substance in it. After inspecting all the ingredients, I found that the powder has that sand particles in it. And this happened after using a very fine sift. Now I just have to dump it to the trash. Horrible horrible experience

Wasteful and useless powder and has no taste like chocolate. And tastes like burnt powder. And Silkrute has no return policy. Better to take Hershey Ane luvits chocolate powder than that.
