I purchased this for the first time and I must say that it is love at first sight. This has a sweet minty flavor of peppermint which tastes very good. It helps in regulating the sleep and gives you a calming effect most importantly. I would definitely buy it again and will recommend it to everyone. I have been consuming it for more than a month now and can say that it is really good and go for it! :)
