I like my tea black, and this makes a great soothing and refreshing beverage. Since I don't add milk I generally use a teabag in a larger quantity of water (2 or 3 cups) and the flavor is just right. Can optionally add a bit of lemon or honey/sugar depending on preferences. Much more convenient than finding fresh ginger in the right quantities, and tastes pretty close to the regular taste of ginger tea. Also, each tea bag is individually sealed in its own plastic pack, so opening the box does not cause the flavour and aroma to go away.
