Boba baba tapioca pearls are made from tapioca starch and are 100% gluten-free. the boba can be used in tea iced tea coffee and milkshakes. they are available in a variety of flavours such as black ( original) strawberry black currant green apple mango lychee etc. they are easy to cook and takes only 5 minutes to prepare. My kids are very fond of bubble tea and since it is not readily available in the area where we stay, we decided to make some at home. Ordered Black Tapioca Pearl boba by boba baba and thanks to the preparation instructions given by the seller, which we followed to the T, the pearls turned out perfect. Texture and chewiness is exactly like tapioca pearls in store bought bubble tea. Would highly recommend this product. Prompt delivery was also appreciated. While we have absolutely no complaints about the product, the only suggestion is to reconsider the S&H charges as they are a bit on the steep side
