Tastes good but a lot sweeter than the plantation organics brand, and it also tastes a bit like honey. The black strap molasses from the plantation brand tastes very less sweet and a bit more thicker too and there no taste of honey in it. So not sure if it's really a genuine black strap.

As you can see from the pics the seal was not proper and some of the product had leaked in transport. Luckily since the bottles were shrink wrapped the liquid did not spread around in the box. Taste wise it's nice though a bit too sweet and not runny consistency as compared to other BSMs. Cost wise definitely high especially since this is directly from the manufacturer. Also, the FREE gur saunf mentioned in the description wasn't sent, or did I read it wrong? Overall, would not buy again unless the price is revised to acceptable value. An ok ok product from a sugar manufacturer.... Had expected much better from them. Guess it's best suited to selling sugar only

Only 5% black strap molasses rest is concentrated sugarcane juice. I wanted blackstrap molasses only which are not so sweet. If you need to sweeten the drink this is good. Obviously better then sugar.
