This is my first steel cut so I dont know the comparison between quality. But as far as now I feel the fresh and real steel cut oats are more healthier than Instant Oats which are widely available. I soak them overnight and cook in morning just like Upma instead of putting Rawa I put steel cut. Cook for some time and healthy oats ready. You wont feel hungry for long time and gets charged up. Best to eat in morning as a breakfast.
