Great quality. Majority of oats available in the grocery stores are of the quick cooking rolled variety. This is a much healthier version of oats. Hope the company starts selling this in regular grocery stores as well.

Yea it does takes time, but im totally enjoying. I make it with a lot of veggies, and red beans. Love the taste. Also cook it in pressure cooker with red beans( soaked overnight) till 6 whistles, and then sorte it with boiled veggies and stock.

I am using overnight oats with chia seeds and cow milk. The taste is good and I love the chewy nutty flavour. Its good for health and keeps me full for a long time. Make sure to immerse them well in milk. I have not tried the upma version but surely will go for it also.

Healthier option and did keep me full for longer. Transitioned from rolled oats to these and noticed the difference. I keep it soaked in water all night long and then microwave it hence omitting the hassle of cooking it on the stovetop! If you're looking at a healthy option this is it, tasty option- not so much! Tastes exactly like daliya (broken wheat). Please give a helpful vote if my review helped in any way!
