I just loved this oats. I m a homemade Baker and bake healthy cookies for healthy diet cravings also. I made so many oats cookies with this and it came out so perfect. It consists of instant oats with cocoa and some seeds and raisins. On the outer packaging it shows little chocolate pieces but they aren't present. I know it's supposed to be bitter due to dark chocolate flavour but it was too much for me so I had to add sugar to it.It would be better to buy all the ingredients separately and mix them yourself. Would cost about same or maybe even less. Have ordered dried cranberries now to mix to it so as to give it some sweetness.

I ordered it when it was almost half its current price, possibly a promotional price. At close to 500 a kilo, it's cheaper to buy regular oats and cocoa powder and nuts and mix it all with sugar.This just feels like highway robbery to me.

Plains oats sometimes get boring to eat. But this yoga bar oats has great chocolaty taste.It is sweet so better to mix with plain oats to have balanced sweetness.
