Have this product only if you can consume Methi seeds in any form, i knew I could not but so many people suggested this product , I thought of trying. Now After only 1 bar consumed I can say, its not for sensitive stomach, i had instant stomach ache and gas , it was terrible experience. But it with caution and only eat if you can handle ( Methi & dalchini)

I order this for my wife. First of all its taste is so bad. But we thought taste is not our priority so let try it. After consuming all that tiny bars my wife didn't see any difference in her feeding contain. This product is a big Sham. Label says no artificial flavour but ingredient lists mentions added flavours It has lots of chemically treated sugars. It's harmful not just to the mom but the baby as well. This product should be banned. The only ingredient which is helpful in lactation is shatavari powder, which you can get @100-120 rs per 100g Also it's mentioned as shavtari extract, no qty mentioned. I bet they have added only 2-3grams,. This small a qty can't help anyone. Your YouTube channel should be banned for promoting products like this.
