The whole muesli contains only the flax seeds. And flax seeds should not be consumed as raw, even though you pour milk it will not form into a gel(which is very important) atleast they should have grounded the seeds. I literally had to remove all the flax seeds with my hand which took me around 30mins every morning. I highly don’t recommend this

Product was absolutely good,and when mixed with it tastes heaven,but it's bit expensive, the box was open already,but the inside silver packegeing wasn't open (thank god)..... although muesli tasted really good
