first time i have ordered same product and received item on 15 feb excellent..again i have ordered u people send the chain defective then i have request for replace the item but to day i have received the replace product..it is too much horrible..both the jumki screws are bending and not properly soldered if we can use it it may ready to break so..kindly send the good piece..if u are unable to send the product good one then you replace my money back into my account..i am very much depressed to open and saw the product..pl.dont repeat this situation again ..

1. Neck lace is good but ear rings are too heavy not able wear more than 5 minutes, that much of heavy.Suggestion: You can provide option to suppurate the ear studs & heavy rings so that it will be optional to wear full set or studs only.2. Packing condition is too bad & Not happy. When less than 500/-Rs products are delivering through Jewel box with using cotton to provide safety to jewel, this product packed with normal plastic cover inside & delivered. It is really too worse & already some of the pearl was suppurated by necklace due to this bad condition of packing. Need to improve deliver method a lot.
