I really hate this type of service......I actually saw this product on Silkrute on 13th july and found it very beautiful and thought of gifting my mom on her birthday........I ordered it on 13th of july and I received it on 15th of july bit what I got was a broken earing.....I was sad but I loved the product and want it for my mom so I I returned it back and ordered another new one on 15th july which I received today in morning but What I got again a broken peiceNow leave my mom's bday was yesterday and she is done with itI really love and respect Silkrute and you can see my order history and in future I will be ordering new and big products but what I want you to know is please try to see why a person is ordering somethingThe earing I ordered is off 2000 and I got 80% off and I had to pay 240 only but leave I am not bothered about money but the service Silkrute gives just because of some product seller you may loose your customer in future...keep that in mind...anyhow I wont return the product again I will get it soldiered nearby....as I found it beautiful but it cost me 240rs, 5 days to get and so much of time and tension and again I have to soldier it.....
