Not what you'd expect from a serum. I've used serums from Matrix and L'Oreal Paris before, and immediately after applying I could discern the difference. Those serums made my hair very soft and manageable. Mountain Ebony Serum on the other hand, is to be applied on a dry scalp, yes that's right. Dry hair. So I wasn't sure if I liked it in the first place. But after using it on my dry scalp, I found it to be better than my first impression. It has a relaxing, cooling sensation and after a long day, it'd be very enjoying I suppose. The description says to use it daily, but when I used it for 2 days in a row, it turned my hair very greasy. On the plus side, it got rid of my dandruff, so yay for that. I'm still not sure if I like it, but I keep using it in moderation, so my hair hasn't, like grown all silky all of a sudden and at the same time it doesn't feel oily and dry at the same time. So I think I would recommend but you should be careful, if you have oily hair. Also it smells nice. I think I'll keep using it for another month.

People who are suffering extreme oiliness on der scalp must try this..My scalp was extremely oily so much dat I had to shampoo my hair every alternate day.. from the time I hv started using this serum I shampoo my hair twice a week.. now this dsnt mean it ll make ur hair dry or scalp dry ..not at all ..must buy
