The package is very bad it leaks from top you hands will definitely get dirty no matter what you wear , and it is very difficult to get out of hands on suggestion if hand get dirty don use water take vegetable oil and rub it very well for 5-10 min then wash hands , and product does it job but very bad packaging

The material (paste) in this pen like filler is quite great. It did fix the cracks which was irritating me for quite a long time. It did the work fine, but I had to apply it with my hands, and that was not okay. As soon as I was applying the paste, the holder (this yellow-plasting thing) start to come out or got detached from this blue paper like stuff.

It's good and was able to do the work as filling the tile gaps and problem is that it works well but after its half used it's cover from which the solution is used it comes off and gets removed making it not easy to apply and can't be used through this and have to make another cover by ourselves to able to use the other remaining and the solution after applied can get removed easily it's not permanent only if left without touching it completely it will be well otherwise it could get dirt inside and gets removed from the gapsIt could be improved by making it more weather resistant and wera and tear resistance and it should be like in better cover and easy to apply

The material is satisfactory, but the tube is inadequate. I believe the tip needs to be replaced, and the material should be stored in a plastic container. Currently, the packaging is not sealed properly, causing the material to spread and harden after use. This requires a screwdriver to clean the previous deposits, making it unsuitable for multiple uses.
